Hasbro: Online site of the toy manufacturer that started it all. Home to the G.I. Joe, Action Man, and Star Wars product lines. Because Hasbro products are marketed primarily to kids through toy retail chains, they tend to be less expensive and more durable than other action figure brands. However, Hasbro products typically lack the authentic detail found on other action figure brands. |

Dragon Models Ltd (DML): Hong Kong-based manufacturer of scale models that entered the 1/6 scale action figure market in 1998. More expensive and less durable than Hasbro or 21C products, DML products are generally purchased for display rather than play. Sold mainly through specialty hobby shops and online retailers. |
